Giant Vichy thermal water pool.
Unwind in a magnificent thermal water pool at 34 °C.
Hammam
Purify your skin, unblock your airways, then relax in the purifying eucalyptus vapours (45-50°C). Discover the pleasant sensation of a ‘warm tropical rain’ inside the steamroom. In order to optimise your full-body exfoliation, we recommend you use the hammam before your treatment. Exfoliation is not allowed inside the steamroom.
Saunas
Eliminate your toxins then relieve your muscle tension in the dry heat (60-80°C) of one of our three saunas.
Ice Fountain
When you come out of the hammam or sauna, refresh your body with our ice fountain (fine ice). Rub your body to get that «polar » feeling. A genuine ‘thermal shock’, the aim of this activity is to stimulate and restart your blood flow, giving you firmer skin!
Cold leg bath
Coming out of the hammam or the sauna, refresh your feet and legs for 5-10 minutes in this pool of water at 10°C. The aim is to strenghten your blood flow to prevent heavy legs!
Organic herbal tea and Vichy Célestins sparkling water, Self-service
Herbal teas with beneficial qualities have been specially developed for the Thermal Spa. Our refreshments are designed to meet your needs, in conjunction with our treatment programme: with digestive, slimming, and draining properties they also improve blood flow. Hydrate your body with Vichy Célestins water, available on taps.
Cardio-training area
Get fit in our free-to-use fitness area. A range of cardio and high-tech weight training equipment is at your disposal. A full sports outfit is required.
